Whoa, this is pretty awesome. The Angels are waaay ahead of the Portside Patsies, poised to win the West. With a magic number of just 3, they also share the best record in all of baseball with the Tribe.
After sweeping the Drays on some awesome pitching efforts from His Lackness and dare I say, Magic, the Angels Host Seattle on a four game stint. These are the reported pitching matchups:
Leave it to Weaver vs. Feierabendover, tonight
Barry Suanders vs. Boingo, tomorrow night
Lambo vs. Batistuta, Saturday
His Lackness vs. His Hair Weave, Sunday

Johnny Rivers is back with a vengeance, having already hit 2 homers! Fignuts seems to be hitting everything that comes his way, and we've all documented Sit' N Sleep's wake up about a month ago. Sheesh, I say it's about time! I wait for the playoffs with abated breath.

It's about time Rivers plays. I don't know why he has been out of the lineup as much since his return, but he needs to be in there.
You know who needs to pitch better? How about everyone in the bullpen besides Cousin Oliver and The Market. The rest need to step up and pitch like men.
On the bright side, it will be nice to clinch at home, preferably tomorrow.

Yes, the bullpen has been just plain bad lately and at the WRONG time. Playoffs around the corner and these guys are thinking of vacationing or something. WAKE UP! There is at least three weeks left of baseball to be played and if we're lucky, way more!
